If you pay via credit card then this will be proccessed by PROTX or Paypal, depending on which option you choose. You can also pay by cheque if you prefer

PROTX - Who are they?
They are a fully approved and authorised payment gateway, what does this mean. Well they control the security of the connection when processing you card information, they also link directly to you bank or credit card company to perform realtime security checks. If your card has been reported as stolen then it will not be possible to place an order. If you have either Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code on you cards then you will be asked for this security information. This is like a chip and pin system for the internet. It verifies personal information about you. Please note we never have access to you credit card details, this also means we can not add to your orders or repeat orders without contacting you for this information so we can process manually.

PayPal
They are apart of ebay and offer a payment processing solution, that means if you have a paypal account and have funds then you can use this to purchase from us without the need for a credit card, you can also use your credit card to make payments using paypal aswell. Why do we offer paypal, this is not our preferred method of payment but as a secondary / back up method should there be problems with PROTX.

Cheques
If you are still worried about purchasing online then you can always pay via cheque, simply place you order and select this as a method of payment you will be given a recipt page, print this out and send it to us with you cheque, made payable to Kites R Us Ltd, and we will process your order. Please remember this is not the fastest way to order and your order will not be dispatch until funds have cleared.
